I’m Kayla Newman and I love to capture the beauty of the world around us. I have been moved by the arts since I was a child and have been taking photos every day since I was in high school. I have a passion for taking things that we see every day and turning them into something spectacular. I am skilled in an assortment of photography types, from portraits and weddings to real estate, landscape and more. Whatever your vision is, I can bring it to life!
I am a Canadian photographer based in Northbrook, ON and servicing much of Eastern Ontario. I am a graduate from the photography program at Durham College (graduated with honours) and I learned a lot along the way. A few of my notable accomplishments include receiving a scholarship in my first year of photography, winning the photography award at Durham College's 2023 Juried Art Show, and placing 3rd in the 2019 Ontario Skills Competition for photography. My goal is that my work will show the world through a different view, showcasing the hidden beauty in our everyday lives.
